Couples/Family Getaway at Perfect Location

We offer a private entrance three-room suite in Sevierville, TN. The suite is two blocks from Parkway, the main artery to the Smoky Mountains National Park by way of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on a large well groomed lot, but are only minutes from Dollywood, shows and tourist activities, the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and dozens of restaurants.

Your suite is set up to provide a cozy and convenient vacation experience. You have a large screen TV, with HBO, Showtime and Cinemax, plus Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime streaming options. There is also a Blu Ray CD Player if you choose to bring your own movies. The kitchen area has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, plates, silverware, a 15" high side electric skillet that serves as a one burner stove and additional useful kitchen items. We provide coffee, tea, and an honor basket with snacks and soda. There is a library of books you are welcome to read, and a game table that doubles as a work space. We provide a Pack and Play for your little one that doubles as a changing table. And we have this thing about providing plush towels. See our amenity list for items not mentioned here.

You ll have a personal parking place, a private entrance equipped with a keyless entry lock and personal entry code emailed to you before arrival. Your patio porch swing allows you to sit back and enjoy the 1 1/2 acres of manicured lawn that sweeps down a gentle hill to the road that takes you to Parkway. We provide some outdoor activities, such as Corn Hole and bocce ball that you can use in season.

We do live in the top floor of the home, so you may hear footsteps. Our dog, Belle, likes to bark greetings to visitors. She's a Goldendoodle and a sweetheart. We abide by the same quiet time rules we ask of our guests, which is lower-level volume after 11:00 p.m.

Location location location...
Love the location and convenience. Close to everything and plenty of choices in restaurants and shopping. There is really no need for a vehicle as everything was within walking range. Would definitely stay again. Very nice owners.

We had a very relaxing stay in this cute, cozy rental. It was very clean and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Bed was super comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. This property is perfect for us. It has a separate bedroom for the adults, along with a sleeper sofa and roll away bed for the kids. The kitchen is stocked with all your needs. This is the second time we stayed with Jim and it was great again. The location is on the edge of Pigeon Forge right by the Tanger outlets and Five Oaks delicious breakfast. It is always clean & well maintained and Jim is always available for any questions or concerns.

Great little room in an excellent location
The whole downstairs area that we rented was very clean and cozy. It was pretty easily accessible but the house is on top of a hill so it may be difficult to get in and out if it snows. It’s exactly as advertised. In terms of location it’s in an awesome spot. It’s close to everything. There are restaurants and outlets close by. The owner was really nice and friendly. They even blew the snow off the walkway for us. My wife and I considered that way above and beyond. Thank you for the great stay.

The property was perfect. It is located in a residential neighborhood just off of the Parkway. It is very convenient to everything. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay while you enjoy all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer, without spending an arm and a leg, this is it.
