The cabin was perfect. Christmas is the best time to stay. Decorations were in every room. The only negative was the jacuzzi bath tub. It took forever to feel an I couldn’t get it to work. I would definitely stay here again. We had fun one evening playing pool.

Relaxing but could use a good clean
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again in a heartbeat. The hot tub was great, but when you take the cover off it sits right in front of your view. Also wish it was a little more secluded. The bed was really comfortable and the cabin had all the things we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, playing games provided, and playing pool. The best part was lying in bed looking at the moon, clouds, and stars and then the view in the morning while lying in bed! ❤️ Lots of memories made. The cabin could really use a good clean. There are spider webs all over, insulation in the vents, dishwasher was still full of dishes from previous renters, and when you sit in the recliner you can immediately see a whole bunch of crumbs/food/dust/spring under the couch that was pretty gross. I was surprised the sink upstairs was draining really slow but didn't worry about it because there was another bathroom/sink downstairs as well. Then we noticed the bathtub was draining slowly too. Once done with the shower, we noticed that the reason the sink wasn't draining was because it was FILLED with hair - like someone just shaved and just rinsed the sink afterward. If it had just been cleaned, it seems like that would have been noticed right away. I did call the office to let them know, but since we had the other bathroom we told them no rush. Side note: the power/on button was missing for the jacuzzi tub.

After reading reviews about the driveway up to the cabin I was kinda hesitant, but let me tell you a Toyota Camry made it better than my SUV did and that’s saying something so don’t let others reviews about the driveway scare you! This place was so welcoming and homey it was the perfect getaway! We had one problem we noticed on check out while washing dishes for the first time, I called the company and they were so sorry about it happening and was sending someone right up to fix the problem! I plan to book a lot with this cabin and rental company, deff 5 stars and top tier weekend at This wonderful place.

A dream
My partner & I took a short vacation at this cabin and it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and overall very peaceful! The drive up at night was very frightening (I’ve never driven in the mountains before and it is high up there), and I definitely recommend the property managers place a few more mirrors around the road on the bends to help with seeing oncoming traffic. The road is one lane, and finding a place to pull off to let other cars through was difficult at the last second. Aside from that, it was a dream! Very private, the jacuzzi and the views from the window wall were my favorite part! I highly recommend this cabin to anyone thinking of booking a stay in pigeon forge.

Ok so it was my first time to Tennessee and I didn’t really know what to expect. The cabin itself & the view was BEAUTIFUL, but there were a few issues. I’ll start with the road up to the cabin is scary LOL.. I had seen other reviews about it and they are accurate. You’ll definitely need 4 wheel drive. The inside tub jets do not work, it had a broken knob. There was a wad of toilet paper tucked under the fitted sheet?? (yuck). there was also a huge scorpion in the bathroom sink on my last night!! Overall had a good time and enjoyed the cabin, overlooking any of the Issues.. especially for the price.

Other cabins are located VERY close by, the picture is either before the other cabins or the trees cover them. It's close enough to hear people talking when using the hot tub. The only issue we experienced was the windows leak in the cabin. We had a monsoon type rain and the upper windows leaked. Maintenance came quickly to assess the issue. We requested additional towels to replace the towels to clean up the water. We asked 3 times, clean towels never came. BUT, everything else about the place was great. We even received an awareness call for the severe weather from the main office. Kitchen utensils well equipped! I was really hoping for a more secluded place, but it is what it is. P.S. bring extra trash bags. Only one extra left inside the cans.

The property was great overall! We saw some bears on the second day down there while sitting on the deck so it was cool. The location of the cabin was perfect. Within 10-15 minutes of restaurants and attractions. Be careful pulling in and out of the driveway though, it’s just steep enough that if you go too fast you will scrape your front and/or back bumper! I drive an SUV that sits pretty high off the ground and we scrapped the back bumper pulling out almost everyday. The cabin was clean besides a dozen of daddy long legs in the downstairs bathroom. The only thing we had issues with was how loud the hot tub motor was all day/night. I could hear the vibrations from the hot tub pump all the way from the bed upstairs. It was hard to have a peaceful time on the deck with the loud motor. Other than that it was great. We would definitely stay here again!

A few things out of sorts with cabin, BUT a black bear sighting!
The cabin is SO cute, we really enjoyed ourselves! But there were some things that could use some adjusting/fixing though. Upon leaving the cabin, we saw a black bear outside which was really neat. Locals told us make sure to keep all food items out of your vehicles and lock your cars, because they can open the doors. I guess she stole something from the neighbor's car right before we saw her! The freezer works great, but it took an entire evening with meat in it, to get cold enough. We thought our groceries would go bad, it just wasn't making things cold at first. We did turn it up to the coldest setting and it got really cold eventually. Another thing about the kitchen is that they give you two little tiny bathroom hand towels and not even one extra trash bag for any of the trash cans throughout the house. The trash situation has to give! You are supposed to empty the inside trash into a larger trash on the porch, BUT raccoons climb onto the porch and knock it over almost every night in search of something tasty. If they expect you to keep trash outside, they could really use a more sturdy, lockable unit or else you will be cleaning up trash each morning. Another thing is the sleeping arrangements. It sleeps four; two on the bed upstairs and then a pull-out couch downstairs. It was perfect for our two young kids and us. To set up the bed downstairs though, I searched and found 3 different locations where extra pillows and blankets were throughout the house (bottom drawer of dresser, ottoman upstairs, and upstairs closet), but there were zero pillow cases I could find. Perhaps let people know where to find these items! There are tons of wall switches in the house. I think labeling them would be super efficient and clear to guests. The fans rock! The three that are in the cabin will totally give you a nice breeze and keep you cool at night. In the bedroom upstairs there is a spa tub which sounds very nice but that didn't work and the lid on the toilet upstairs was ready to fall off. A few fixes, but the bathrooms had extra toilet paper for our 3 nights, which was nice. Also, I've stayed in many rental properties where you will still find salt/pepper and a few little spices or hot cocoa or something left there, but not here. Everything is cleared out. The kitchen otherwise was pretty accommodating! Our front wheel drive car would lose traction going up the 1st slope. Glad the weather was nice, but be prepared for rain or snow 👍

We loved the ease of check in, the wall of windows, the morning sunrise from bed (which was very comfortable), the conveniece of having a washer and dryer, the cabin was beautiful. A great getaway
We had a great stay and the accommodations were wonderful. The cabin had basically everything you would need for a great time on a vacation . Location was ideal for attractions, but yet private for a peaceful getaway. The Road to the cabin Is fairly steep , so snowy Weather could be a problem ... overall wonderful , will go back next trip to the area !!!
