You can reach the centre of Seville in 15 minutes for exploring the area and shopping. Relish the regional delicacies and drinks from the restaurants a stone’s throw away. The lake is very well connected from the home where you can go picnicking.

The living room is a great place for a get-together playing indoor games. Also, the air-to-air heat pump will keep the air fresh and clean. There is a parking facility available. Spend some time at the patio amid the silence and peace.

The nearest airport is 10 minutes away and Santa Justa (the AVE station and other trains) are also at a short drive distance.
