I really liked the staff as soon as you walk in, the concierge, those helping with luggage and doors. Two men in the bar, Jeffer and I did not catch the other one’s name. All fabulous. Cleaning the room, they left a lot of dirty glasses and an open bottle of wine in a bucket of water for three days. Breakfast was delicious but staff seemed short handed and I w ok I’d have to repeatedly ask for a second cup of coffee to which some days I gave up on it. The hotel is gorgeous and so comfortable. Everything else was so fantastic.

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel with attentive friendly staff, highly recommend. The property smells of orange blossom as you enter and has the old style 5 star service which seems to have disappeared. Turn down service with chocolate, silk bathrobes, welcome and leaving drinks and snacks. Unexpected breakfast waiter services and beautiful decor even down to the birdsong in the loos. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the construction next door which made us feel we would not be able to use the pool facility. However in the 40 degree heat we went up to check again on the Friday afternoon to find the workman gone throughout our stay and the much needed pool all to ourselves. Fabulous

As an interior designer and discriminating traveler, please know that my 5-star rating is not given freely. The Don Ramon blew us away with perfection!!! It is now one of my favorite hotels in Europe. The elevated design, service, impeccable details, food, art, flowers, beautiful patios, architectural details, and comfort are impressive. My mother and daughter also loved it. I would return to Seville for this hotel alone, ha!
