Very close to the heart of everything, being so close to the Alcatraz Gardens. Such a lovely, welcoming hotel, with superb attention from the reception staff, especially the lady in glasses( sorry, don't t know her name), who couldn't t do enough for us.The unassuming exterior of the hotel, hides a modern, luxurious inside-:really beautiful.Our room was wonderful too, with an amazing terrace- something which we hadn't expected for the money.Also, to have a roof terrace with a pool, bar and amazing views was extra special.Absolutely brilliant value for money .An amazing hotel.

Best hotel ever
The BEST hotel I have ever had the PLEASURE of staying in. Staff are all so helpful and friendly, from reception to dining room to cleaners. Staff are extremely approachable, and always always happy to help. I asked to switch from a double to a twin bedded room. The staff were only too happy to oblige, and even wanted to carry my luggage between rooms. In the breakfast room, after 2 days the staff anticipated my request for decaffeinated coffee and were offering to make it before I needed to ask. And all was done with a smile. It was a delight to stay here. Thank you.

We were originally shown to a room in the basement (b6) which was a very disappointing way to end our 3 week trip to Spain Upon consult with the front desk we were moved to another room While not the best of views (a building view directly beside) it was far better than the first room which felt a bit like a dungeon

Fabulous Stay!
This hotel was fabulous! The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean with huge towels and great toiletries. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location couldn’t be better with lots of cafes minutes from the hotel. Easy walk to all sites such as the cathedral and Alcazar. You will not be disappointed.

A fantastic hotel in the center of Sevilla. Beautiful rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding mudéjar tile rooftops. Wonderful breakfast, pristine accommodations, friendly service. Short walk to the Giralda tower and Real Alcázar. Can’t find anything better in Sevilla. Great hotel and a solid value.

The centre of everything. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Check in very quick and the breakfast was super, lovely fresh fruit , meats, cheeses, and lots of choice. The staff are really lovely too. If I go back to Seville I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
