Appt no.4 was amazing for us..so spacious for me, my mum and 2x adult daughters…nice open lounge…lots of balconies …loved the social noise outside..…large comfortable queen beds …rooftop pool and terrace with amazing views ..great location to the Seville tours and cafes …the best apartment we have visited in all the city breaks that we have been to over the years…thank you so much for an amazing stay in the lovely city of Seville 😎

Roaches
This place was gross. Upon entering you’ll notice the stains on the couch. But I can live with some stains. Then you go into the lower bathroom and it smells like raw sewage. And it’s filled with flies, who clearly like the raw sewage smell. They’re not the only ones that like raw sewage. The second night, we found a very large roach wandering the lower bathroom. The third night we discovered a different, equally large roach in the upper bathroom. I told the customer service if there was another, roach free room available. They ignored the question and sent a very nice girl to remove the roach and give me a can of roach spray. She said roaches are a big problem in Sevilla. Roaches are a problem in all cities, but in the many hotels I’ve stayed in, this is only the second time I see roaches. I also stayed in another hotel in Sevilla this trip, and in Córdoba, which sits on the same river. No roaches. I didn’t even see roaches on the street. Another thing to keep in mind is the overly sensitive fire alarm. They put a sign on the stove saying to open the window when you cook, otherwise the guest has to cover the 2500€ fee if the fire department comes. Well we managed to set off the alarm without even cooking. Maybe it’s because we were using the washing machine. Luckily no fire dept came, because we stopped it with the power button.

Amazing stay in Sevilla!
This a great hotel that made our vacation unforgettable. They offered early access to the property which allowed us to drop our luggage at their storage, you access the property thru a code that opens the main door and gives you access to your room. Room has all the amenities of an apartment, even with a washer, fridge and cooking option. Our room was in the first floor but you could not hear the outside noise from the street. Walking distance to everything, top floor has a pool and a great view of everything around you. Will definitely consider going back to this hotel. Almost forgot, you select your breakfast among 3 choices in advance and it is delivered every morning to your room door!

Great apartment in hyper-central location in the old town! We had all the comforts of home and, despite having a ground floor apartment right on a busy street, if was super quiet (the rooms are set back). Not a lot of natural light in the bedrooms but I rather have quiet then light in this case. Very easy to get in, check in and out fully online. Shared roof terrace has great views of the cathedral, tables for al fresco DIY dinners, and a small pool for cooling down.

The apartment was good so no complains about and location is very central. The only issue there are a lot of restaurants / bars downstairs so was very loud very late in the night, what did i expect from Spain :-) Parking is a nightmare and if not for a amazing Numa employee who helped us park we would have been stranded. Dont advice the location for people driving or new to driving in old town Seville.

Excellent location, client service and communication. However, we had a series of issues spoiling our visit and meaning we would not return e.g. front door lock not work (battery), safety lock not work (battery); bath water pressure non-existent and needed to fill with the shower; air conditioning problems and a building evacuation at 3am (perhaps due to guest error). Had it not been for this series of issues over just 3 days, we'd recommend it.

Property was really nice. Initial communication was great but we had a 7 seater van and weren't warned about the crazy time one would have to try to get it near the off-site parking - which it couldn't fit anyway. They have us a refund for the parking promptly but what would have happened if the car was damaged trying to get to the property? Go here, stay here BUT do not drive there or park there!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property- very close to everything and nice to have more space to spread out. Only one window to outside so lack of fresh air is only reason for 4 star review. Appreciated personal touches of food and water in apartment. Will highly recommend.

Awesome location and the property was fine except it was ridiculously difficult to drive a car there and especially to park and there was NO WARNING about this. Andres was awesome and helped us when we arrived and left or it would have been worse but the parking situation was a disaster. Only would work if you have a very small car- the streets are tiny and narrow and getting into the garage is insane. (We were in a minivan and should have been warned. ) the location is close to nice restaurants and very close to the cathedral which is awesome except that they like to go crazy on the bells all hours of the day and night. Earplugs were provided but not enough. :)

Great location, within walking distance of the cathedral and bars and restaurants right outside the door. the duplex with bedroom upstairs was a nice idea. Well equipped, with nice touches like coffee capsules provided for the coffee machine, and laundry capsules for the washer. Parking is secure but a few minutes walk and not that easy to find. Rooftop terrace is a bonus
