On this floor we find the incredible terrace. Without a doubt the most wonderful sunset in Seville! You can enjoy the views of María Luisa Park and Plaza de España.

The terrace is equipped to enjoy this private and unique space! It has loungers, chairs and tables.

The back of the garden has a separate apartment. It has one bedroom, with a king bed of 180x200cm and bathroom with shower. A private living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining area and a kitchen area with coffee maker, microwave and Fridge that providing complete independence.

The garden has one of the few centenary trees in Seville. A Magnolio, protected by the Heritage of Seville. Without a doubt, a spectacle in spring because of the smell and beauty of the Magnolia in bloom. In the back, you have a table and chairs to enjoy the peace of the garden.
