Hotel was in a good spot for walking to most places of interest and major shops. I travelled as a solo woman and felt quite safe in the neighbourhood. Instructions for checking in etc were clear however the internet code was incorrect and had to contact reception on WhatsApp and got the correct password immediately …most communication was through WhatsApp even though there was someone at the reception most times. I stayed 4 nights and asked for room to be cleaned on 2nd day….coffee or toiletries were not replaced and small coffee table wasn’t wiped down, that was a bit disappointing. There is a supermarket not too far away where you can get water and snacks which is really convenient. The girls at reception were quite pleasant and helpful and answered all questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Me gusto mucho el hotel es muy limpio, agradable y tiene muy buena ubicacion. Con restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca. Tambien las Setas de Sevilla esta a unos 5 min caminado.. El staff de Recepcion fueron super amables y me dieron muchas recomendaciones! Gracias Ana u Javier! Hotel muy recomendable puedes irte caminando a muchos lugares!

We really enjoyed our stay at Welldone. IT was walking distance to all the sites and the staff provided excellent directions and recommendations for visitors. The room was comfortable although a little small. Unfortunately, the property could not provide a room with separate beds but provided extra linen for us. It was nice to have a terrace to sit and enjoy the warm outdoors. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation stay.

The premium room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It had a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator. I liked the cleanliness of my room and the location of the property. I also felt secure about the coded door. I stayed in over 20 different hotels throughout Europe in the last three years, and this was the best one. The staff were nice and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel if I have a chance to stay in Seville again.

We booked this property and we’re excited for our stay. Unfortunately, the staff lied and said they notified us it was Holy Week and the roads would be shut down starting at 3:00. They also lied and said my phone number on Expedia was incorrect. We got lost and stuck in the middle of the old city in our rental car for almost 2 hours trying to find a parking garage, on roads so tiny they were almost impassable, with thousands of people flooding the streets. When I called the hotel, they said they had no parking and the nearest garage was probably a mile away and closed due to the holiday. I was completely traumatized from being stuck for hours with roads shut down every which direction. We had to pay to stay at another hotel, and once we checked in that night at the new hotel, Welldone reached out to me on WhatsApp trying to cover their tracks stating they had informed me of the festivities. I was never informed and now I am having to fight for a refund, when they should do the morally right thing and refund my money without a fight. Therefore, I would definitely not recommend this hotel due to their lack of integrity and honor. We could not have even gotten a ride to the hotel and would have had to drag our luggage for miles on cobblestone streets. We literally could not get to the hotel.

Very close to old town centre.Plenty of tapas, coffee and souvenirs shops around. Staff very polite and helpful. We had coffee in the room and complementary a bottle of wine. Spacious terrace with lounge chairs and big screen tv. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Super clean, modern, centrally-located yet quiet.
Everything is brand new and sparkling clean in this ultra modern facility. Even though it is located in the historic district of Seville, it is removed from the hustle and bustle of the touristy streets, making it a perfect place to rest after a day in town. If you want a hotel with a lobby bar this is not your place.But if you want perfect service with a face, book it.
