Magnificent family home with a breathtaking view on the Annecy Lake.
Located in a quiet dead end street, in the heart of the village of Sevrier 50 meters from the lake. You will enjoy the quietness of the surrounding green spaces and a unique panorama on the mountains.

Renovated area of 1937,5 sq.f a few meters from the beaches, balconies on the lake and mountains side, land of 32722,29 sqf and a private pool.
A riverside path is at the foot of the garden to access the beautiful walks and hikes around Lake Annecy.

Description of "La Villa Chante au Vent":

- Independent kitchen fully equipped with table for 4 persons and television (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, raclette and fondue machine...) with access to terrace and balcony

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the port of Sevrier near many sports activities: sailing club, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, bike path, pedal boat rentals, boats,...

Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)

"Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a real range of pleasures: water sports with the numerous water sports activities (the beach and the recently redeveloped port area), cycling pleasures with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and to the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.

As for water sports, in 2013 the city was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label (extract from the Annecy Tourism website).

Perfect location
We had a wonderful stay here. the location is truly perfect -- sipping coffee as the sun rose over the mountains across the lake is my top memory from the entire summer, with more active pursuits in and around the lake not far behind. The residence was excellent --everything we needed with a lot of common space. We had an issue with an alarm that the property manager addressed promptly (even though it was Sunday).
