Renovated with great refinement while preserving its original charm, the villa is built on a beautiful landscaped garden offering direct access to the cycling path bordering the lake. A beautiful wooden terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a plancha, and a jacuzzi promises beautiful moments in an idyllic and soothing setting. Carefully decorated and very sleek, the villa benefits from very spacious rooms and immense bay windows allowing you to fully enjoy a breathtaking landscape. All rooms are equipped with speakers and RJ45 sockets.
