In summary, Finding the hotel - I walked from T3. At one point the signs to “Hotel” ended. I had to hope I was heading in the right direction. I did not feel safe as it was not well lit. This could be improved for everyone’s safety. Check in - too long and too complicated. I arrived late at night 10.30pm and there was a large queue. Maybe put on more staff to get people checked in quickly?? Managers should be looking at this and assisting staff in this. Room - lovely and comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast - amazing choice. Friendly staff.

Really nice breakfast buffet and very attentive staff. Both times we’ve stayed the reception staff were not very polite though. However it’s pretty convenient for the airport and the rooms are nice, spacious, and clean.

Only negative was getting into tub for shower for older people. Otherwise everything else was great. You can walk to airport in 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurant had numerous choices and reasonable prices.

The staff was extremely helpful to our specific needs. Very prompt to help us, even went the pharmacy to get some medication for my husband. A very quiet hotel. The dining experience was delicious, actually the best meal we had the whole two weeks in Italy. They also were very sensitive and agreeable to my husband’s gluten free requirements.

I spent a night there as i had a 15 hour layover. It was very close to airport, i walked there through the bridge/tunnel. Check in was very fast. It's nice, quiet and safe area.

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to FCO. The second best thing is the bar and great bartender! The hotel’s restaurant food is also pretty good (although the service is lacking). That being said, this hotel does not meet up with the standards of quality that we’ve become used to from Hilton hotels in other locations when it comes to the room itself. It’s a solid 3-star.

We had a 6 am flight out of Rome so this hotel was in a perfect location. Walkable to the terminal. Staff is friendly and helpful, food and service was great. Although everything is clean technically, you can see the wear on the carpets and furniture. Knowing how many people probably stay there for the convenience that is expected. We would stay there again to catch early flights.
