Disappointing
We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty.
The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us.
The second room was the same but also had hair in the sink and bath where the room hadn't been cleaned. Again, I complained and 45 mins later they moved us.
The last room was good but the air-conditioning was not good enough considering the current temperature in Shanghai. I guess they use power saving at night to reduce their costs and so during the night is got warmer and warmer till around 7 when it started to feel cooler again.
Overall, the hotel is tired and in need of renovation. I would say it's not worth the money it cost.
