Little Cozy Cabin Offering Modern Comforts -Not Pet Friendly

Welcome to The Little Cozy Cabin!
We have remodeled this cabin to provide a space that you can enjoy the great outdoors and the comforts of home. Our cabin, built in 1963, has much of the original pieces still preserved but remodeled to something you can truly enjoy. You will find all the items you need provided from toiletries to your morning cup of coffee. We’ve also provided activities the whole family can enjoy. Whether it be a family movie night, arcade games, board games or the play area out back where kids can climb and sled, our goal is to make it as wonderful of a stay as possible. For the safety of our property and our guest, please note we do have security cameras for the properties protection when not in use.

We can’t wait for you to be our guest!

-The Main Cabin has a King bed & futon sleeper, bunk bed with full size beds, and in the upstairs loft room a Queen & 2 twins!

-For an additional $50/nt we have an outside sleeping quarter with a king size bed and completely new! With an additional cleaning fee of $25 as charged by our cleaning crew.Please be sure to send in if you’ll be needing it so we can provide the code for entry and charge appropriately.*please note: we do not have the ability to store trash bins in the area to protect the safety of all guest, animals, and the property. We will provide extra heavy duty trash bags for double bagging kitchen trash bags for you to haul off. Thank you

Nice stay
Cute little cabin. Good location. Looks small but bigger in person. Fit 12 people comfortably. Lots of stuff for teens to do outside. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing I can say is there was a ring camera in the living room. Made us a lil uncomfortable. The host was easy to contact. We were told it was offline and can take it off the wall. Would stay again

Very Clean and Lovely Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed for a relaxing and restful stay. Linens were new and Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner were handy in each shower. Nice clean fridge with icemaker and brand new washer and dryer. Owner Vince Little was attentive and responsive to our questions.

Very attentive host!
Vince was a super host! I am usually not a needy renter but my plans changed multiple times and Vince was quick to respond to my requests and very accommodating. The cabin was super clean and the kids (and adults) loved the rope swing off of the front porch. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful Property
Our family loved our stay at the little cozy cabin. From the start, the owners had excellent communication and answered any questions I had. Upon arrival the fire was lit and cabin was warm and welcoming. This cabin is perfectly laid out, a good size, nicely renovated and included all the necessities plus many thoughtful extras (coffee bar, popcorn, candy, sleds, etc). It is located close to town but on property that backs up to open space which was perfect for exploring and play. I highly recommend booking for your vacation - we are already looking forward to returning on our next trip!

Beautiful property
This cabin is on a private road. There is plenty of space for kids to play. We made a snowman played football my littlest had fun on the tire swing. The property was very clean and had family games inside, including a Pac-Man game. It was very close to shaver, and even had a Convenient store right down the road. It was nice to be close to town but in a secluded area. Definitely recommend this property!

Great Cabin
This is a great cabin. It was dark and cold when we arrived so it was very welcoming to see a nice warm fire lit when we entered (Thank you Vince). The cabin is very clean and stocked with just about everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The outside area is perfect for kids to run around and play without worrying about them. Check in and check out was very easy.

Great cabin!
The cabin has been redone inside and it's lovely! Really appreciated the cleanliness, the house cleaners do a great job! Beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. New kitchen with nice supply of kitchen items. Also remodeled bathrooms that were very nice. The cabin is very nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner, would highly recommend this cabin.

Shaver Lake Gem!!
Our family & friends came up to Shaver for Labor Day Weekend and had the pleasure of booking this cabin! What a find! Host was super friendly and accommodating, check-in/check out such a breeze! The cabin itself was absolutely perfect. Roomy, great bed counts, fully stocked, very clean, cute decor, the beds were literally AMAZING, outdoor grill and deck... the kiddos stayed busy with their playground, swings, horseshoes, etc! The cabin has a circular driveway with easy drive up parking and even room for our boat! Nestled among the trees and feels very private despite having a few neighbors down the road. There was also a separate cabin that was private and was available to book for extra room! We couldn't have been any happier with our stay and will most definitely be back next summer. Highly RECOMMEND!

Perfect location
This location was not to close to other cabins making it feel very secluded. The other cabins nearby were to close to each other making it look like a city neighborhood. This owner is very detailed and had everything you need for a weekend stay. I highly recommend this cabin for rent.

Our family had a great time staying here! The backyard has a hill behind it that acts just like your own snow park!! Best spot ever! House was just as described and very clean. Super hot water, super warm pellet stove, lots and lots of blankets. Very worth the stay for anyone considering!!

This house and owner were great! The location was perfect for a weekend in the snow, but close enough to town to grab anything we may have forgotten. The house was clean, updated with modern amenities, and comfy beds. We had a great time.

This is the perfect cabin. Very clean, cute and comfortable.
We were really impressed with the cabin. Everything was very nice and clean. We loved the coffee bar. All of the heaters made it comfortable. The owner was very responsive and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. We will definitely be back again. We had a great time! Thank you.

Location is great. Very clean! Cool cabin decor. Every detail in this cabin was thoughtful - extra blankets, extra heaters, board games, sleds, equipped kitchen and coffee bar with everything you need. Comfy beds! Outside play area and snow kept kids busy. Everyone enjoyed the arcade game. Very close to town, stores, restaurants, and snow parks are also not far from cabin (day and season permits are are sold at local hardware store).
