There is an outdoor communal swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! It does need to be above 15 degrees and also there needs to be a trained pool responder on site.

To make your stay even more relaxing, you can enjoy the onsite private hot tub. Included in the price of your booking is enough wood for one decent session, you can buy more at £10 a load.
You have your own very Private garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! If you do intend to bring a pet please tell your host direct as there is a charge and conditions to be met, you must be able to show that your dog is covered for flea and worm treatment.   Cleanliness is the TOP priority.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven and a kettle, and all the utensils needed for self catering are in the accommodation.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a king bed.

There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels and shampoo are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.    We are self check in , you will be sent a link in your 3rd email from Groundhouse leisure it is important you make sure you have this as there is no reception and calls may not be answered as there are no night staff it is self catering . Extended times can be arranged but are chargeable.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property for an extra charge of £20 per stay
- You can also purchase a Groundhouse Hamper.

NB NOTHING APART FROM PAPER CAN BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILETS< ALL OTHER SANITARY AND PERSONAL ITEMS MUST BE PUT IN THE BATHROOM BIN. We take a video to make sure the toilet is in good working order before each guest arrives, if you notice a problem you must tell us straight away to avoid loosing your deposit.
