It’s a decent place
It was pleasant. Just a stopover. The only thing that was a downer was the noise from the ice maker and people coming in and out of the side door. Breakfast was ok. Otherwise it was suitable for an overnight. If you need a quiet room ask for a room away from the exit doors.

Our room was filthy! The floors were so dirty, my feet turned black and our dog didn’t even want to sit on the floors. We pulled the covers back to go to bed and there was large blood spots and smears ALL OVER the comforter! I called the front desk and she was so nice to bring us all new bedding and was furious when she saw the disgusting bedding. She even took pictures of it before changing everything. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star other than the nice front desk attendant.

The shower and sink were both leaking. The maintenance man did come to our room. He couldn't fix it so they were going to call a plumber. The bathroom did not have a light around the mirror. The only light in the bathroom was near the shower area. I didn't survey the outside, so I won't make a comment. The breakfast was very good. The staff was good overall. I did talk to Joel, the manager, was nice. He was going to check into a discount or refund for us. Thanks!

I will look for another hotel next time...
We were there for business. Could not stay connected to internet for more than 3 minutes at a time so that was inconvenience for us. Room was large and adequate. Pillows were way too soft and were uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Attendant spent her time sitting at a table on her cell phone while both trash cans were overflowing and tables were dirty and not wiped off. We just needed a place to sleep and that's what we got. Not a lot of other hotels in the area, but will look for something else next time.

The elevators and hallway was dirty, trash around. People were noisy in the hallway at 5:30 am. The staff we met were great, and the continental breakfast was very good, extensive, clean, well-stocked, and lightly attended when we went at 7:45. The room was nice, appeared to be recently renovated.

The exterior door is so loud when someone enters, it slams and shakes the walls. This was the only way in. People entered at all hours, so the door was continuously slamming, every 10-15 minutes or more frequently. This loud banging happened until 2AM one night, 3 and 4AM other nights. I've stayed at places where the guests were loud but this is the hotel's fault as the door needs a quieter closure mechanism. The beds were comfortable but the moisture wasn't removed from the room and the beds were always moist. The room had a smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room.
