Overall summary: a nice place to stay, exceptionally clean, well represented by the photographs!
For those familiar with the area, the apartment is located in the building that formerly housed Bloomin on Main, and I believe before that it was a bank.
I had a bit of difficulty determining for sure which building was 318 (suggestion to the hosts: Put up some big easy to see numbers on the front of the building, and include a photo of the front of the building in the listing. Also provide better, more detailed instructions regarding entry).
Plenty of parking in the back and along the side. The property is accessed by an outer door with a keypad, and then the apartment is the second door on the right on the ground floor. For me the apartment for was left unlocked and then the hosts told me the location of the keys when I asked.
The apartment is well represented by the photos in the listing. The kitchenette includes a fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Note that supplied dishes and kitchen implements were minimal and guests need to bring their own items such as coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, etc.
Overhead lighting for both the living/kitchen space AND bedroom is controlled by a single light switch located just to the left of the entry door.
There is a large tv in the living area as well as a decent sized one in the bedroom. I actually did not utilize either of them during my stay.
There is a large shower with a rainfall type shower head. Plenty of towels, though it appeared most of them had bleach marks and could use replacing.
The bed was super comfy (nice firm mattress) with plenty of pillows and was one of my favorite features.
The only real issue that I encountered was that it was very cold when I arrived, and the thermostat only had two modes: cool and off. The hosts responded pretty quickly via text and replaced the thermostat while I was out for the evening... But the new thermostat also offered only two modes (heat and off), and no matter what I set the temperature to, it would revert back to a setting of 62 within a few hours. I'd highly suggest to the hosts that they replace the thermostats with user friendly units that allow heat AND/OR cool in addition to off, as there are certain times of the year where you might want air conditioning one day and heat the next.
Overall the unit was nice and outside of street noise was nice and quiet.
