Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Location was central but there was plenty of construction closeby. Nearest Metro station was under renovations.

Great hotel with good value.
As previously mentioned a number of times, we truly enjoy staying at this hotel not only because of its surrounding, close to the infamous walking streets and good selections of eateries, most importantly are both the amenities and those helpful and friendly staff like Locus and his colleagues. I'd highly recommend this hotel to all my friends who come to Shenzen for a visit. Daily breakfasts were ample and large varieties.
