Fantastic experience and excellent service
Exceptionally clean and comfortable stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel&suites Landmark Shenzhen. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Conveniently located close to Laojie and Guomao metro station as well as the famous Dongmen street Market. Staff are extremely helpful particularly Katherine Luo who was always happy to go the extra mile. Thanks you for a pleasant stay

Felt like a king at Crown Plaza
The assistant manager Patrick was extremely helpful in helping us with our check in. We found out that it was his first week at his position and he showed enthusiasm in the hospitality industry.

All good, just they put me in a weird shape corner room for the cheapest room booked with Hotel.com. I have to pay 200 yuan extra to get an upgrade to regular room, otherwise all good
