This 4300 square foot home speaks quality throughout, with top-of-the-line furnishings and accents to make you feel like royalty from the time you walk in the door. There is a lot of room for the large family to get together with an open floor plan for entertaining and enjoying time together.
As you enter the main level, the home's centerpiece is the dining area, kitchen, and great room with fabulous lake views. The dining table seats 8 plus two additional at the kitchen bar. The large deck off of the main level and inside a gorgeous stone fireplace accents this fine home. The luxurious leather furniture and cabin-style furnishings complement the rich wood interior and give the whole home a comfortable feel.
There are three bedrooms on the main level, with a king-sized bed in the primary suite on one side of the open-concept great room/living/dining areas. The primary suite has a separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and two walk-in closets with separate vanities. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side with queen bedrooms and a jack & jill bathroom in the hall.
The upstairs loft is set up with a cozy sitting area overlooking the lake and private yard. This area makes a nice 4th bedroom, reading, or study area with an office desk. The loft features a comfortable queen-sized bed and two oversized chairs that pull out as twin beds and sleeps 4 total.
The lower level is like a house by itself with bedrooms #5, #6, and #7, all featuring queen beds and a full bathroom to share with hall access. For entertaining and easy lake meals, there is a second kitchen & dining area - a bar-height dining table that seats 6 and bar stools for 4. The living room just steps from the lake features leather sofas for seating & a TV to catch the big game! The lower level is completed with a game room featuring a pool table with a ping pong topper, TV, and family games. The lower level kitchen and bar are also fully stocked with everything you need, and it is convenient to have extra storage for multiple family guests.
Lakeside Lodge has a private dock with deep year-round water, which is great for swimming and enjoying the lake. The walkway from the house to the dock is well-lit with low-level pathway lighting and is just beautiful at night.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
