Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot
I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

3歳の孫と65歳の夫の為に和室を予約しました。洋室ベッドと違い、座ったり、寝転んだり、荷物も広げたりと家にいる時と同じようにくつろげました。駐車場の確認の時から対応がよく、あらゆる場面で接客サービスに満足しております。食事はかなり混雑してましたが、どれも美味しく、大変満足です。子供の遊ぶスペース、卓球、ラウンジでもそれぞれ楽しめてとてもいい思い出になりました。娘夫婦と孫、息子と私達夫婦の初めての旅行は満足のいくものになりました。ありがとうございました。

清潔感がありとても満足です。 ホテル内のお買い物施設が少ないのでもう少し充実させてほしい。ホテル周辺にもお店がないので。 食事時間がみんな同じでかなり混雑して食べるのに時間がかかった。

エレベーター３機は困りましたね。 待てど暮らせど、いっぱいで乗り込めませんでした。１階のフロントから客室に行きたいのに、B1のお風呂から乗って来る人がいっぱいで乗り込めず。客室からお風呂に行きたいのに、上層階から乗って来る人がいっぱいで乗り込めず。 和室だったのでリフォームがまだされておらず、リフォーム後が楽しみです。 お茶はあったけどコーヒーは無くて、布団敷くのはセルフで、ユニットバスは狭くて…部屋料金に見合ってないと思いましたよ。 製氷機が無いのも残念ポイントです。 朝食の種類が多いのは高評価ですが、客が多すぎて… 料理を取る場所が複数箇所に分かれていたら、混雑も緩和されるのではと思いました。 スタッフさんは愛想が良かったです。 『おはようございます』と挨拶されていたので、返事をしましたが、驚かれました。客側から挨拶を返されることがマレなんですかね…？

廊下が古い旅館の匂いがしたのが気になった レストランが混んでいたので ２部せいではなく３０分おきとかあったらよかったかと あと伊勢志摩ならではの食べものがもう少しあったら嬉しかったです 夕方お風呂上がりに ラウンジが使おうと思ったらしまっていたのが残念でした

小学生と幼稚園の子供2人と家族4人でオーシャンビューのお部屋に2泊滞在しました！フリーフローでチェックイン後や夕食後、沢山のドリンクやシャンパンが楽しめ、ドライフルーツや、子供もグミやスナックがあるのが嬉しかったです。 温泉も広場と綺麗で、湯上がりにお酢のドリンクや甘酒があり、美味しかったです。 外にはちょっとしたプールもあり、夕飯までも楽しく過ごすことができました。 夕食は2部生で、夏休み中でもあったのでだいぶ混雑してましたが、種類豊富でどれも美味しく、いただけました。 子供はわたあめを作る機会にハマってしまい、２日目にはわたあめ作りのプロと化してました！ 場所もスペイン村から近く夜は花火もみれたり、綺麗な海も車ですぐなので、小さい子供連れにはありがたかったです！ 毎年来たくなるそんなホテルです！
