Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. Soak at your own risk in the hot tub! Homeowner and property managers are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the property or surrounding areas including the hot tub.
