This is a wonderful traditional Japanese inn. The staff are very helpful and we got by OK with English. The meals are an exceptional experience with dozens of seafood dishes, soup, pickles and rice. A comfortable and memorable stay

This was a lovely experience, with helpful staff where nothing was too much trouble. The Onsen and gardens are really beautiful. This is a traditional Japanese hotel at its best, peaceful and restful.

充分すぎる広いお部屋(花月)はもうしぶんなし。ネパール人の仲居さんも一生懸命頑張ってる姿が好印象。 三保の松原はホテルの脇にありロケーションも言うことなし。 ただ夕食で出てきた甘酒鍋はちょっと口に合わなかった。

露天風呂の湯の表面に白い物が浮遊しており、入浴者は全員気持ち悪さを口にして、入浴を控えました。 折角の露天風呂、残念ながらです。 夕食は量が多すぎに感じました。 量より質を上げて頂けるともっと楽しめました。 急な人数の変更にも対処頂き、有り難かった。
