This hotel was located perfectly along the boardwalk. It was easy to leave the hotel and go all the activities along the boardwalk or visit local attractions. The property however is very dated and can use an upgrade, but was still clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Halifax and wants to be close to downtown and be in walking distance to all attractions and the beautiful boardwalk.

This property is outdated on all levels. The carpet is dingy, stinky and dirty. The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. No water in the room unless you paid for it. The elevator glass looked like it handed been cleaned in years. First and last stay.

rooms were tiny, dated and dirty. had to brush gravel or sand out of the bed. Parking was a nightmare and a lengthy walk which included many stairs, an escalator , thru the mall and thru an overhead walk way then an elevator. they advertise parking on site and this is False. our travelling companion has a handicap that makes walking very difficult and this was very inconvenient and tiring for him. i will not be back to this hotel.
