Overall, we had a good experience. One of the primary reasons we chose this hotel was because we planned on spending the evenings in the hot tub... which turned out to be broken! Truly disappointing to find out one of the primary amenities you were looking forward to using was out of service. We thought about getting in the pool, but my girlfriend balked at that idea as the water was very cloudy. The room (#123) was nice enough, but was missing a big chunk of tile baseboard in the bathroom, something a handyman would be able to fix in minutes. I will also say that the walls are thin here. We could here the sounds of TV and conversation coming from the rooms next to ours. The toilets are pressurized and you'll be able to keep tabs on when the guests in the neighboring rooms flush. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was pretty good too, with scrambled eggs, bacon, diy pancakes, and even biscuits and gravy on day two. Overall, a good base for exploring the area where, despite the minor annoyances, we would probably stay again.
