I feel like alot of drug activities were going on there. I went inside the restroom locates in the rooms it was terrible . Crack heads walking around . I will never stay here again.. The rooms phone does not work . They need to hire some housekeeper to take care of this .

BEWARE! Not safe!!!
Never stayed this place has hookers and their pimps human trafficking and it’s NOT safe! Anyone who would promote this hotel is involved with the human trafficking and there is vehicles what have been stripped in parking lot. I never stayed never made it to room because some guy peeing and made vulgar comment to me. The front desk is aware of what is going on.

No air conditioning in the lobby. Humid smell everywhere tried to be concealed with overpowering desinfectant. The bathroom had water on the floor. I didn't even stayed...left after just opening the room door. Asked for a refund but they told me that it would be Expedia responsable. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. It should be closed immediately.

Bad business with booking a hotel.
The hotel was a horrible place, the service was horrible and the desk clerk had to manually enter our cashapp card. Later on while wife and I were asleep, our cash app card was charged some charges that we did not do. The only person with that information was the desk clerk. The clerk acted rude when we called and asked about the transactions and then refused to refund us the money for the room. The shower didn't work nor did the television or the microwave. The maintenance man who showed up to the room acted as though he was high on drugs, and brought another woman to assist in trying to get the TV working. The only highlight was the stray tomcat that hung around the stairwell. He was friendly. If we were wanting to stay in a horrible place like that we wouldn't have intrusted hotels.com to book it. We would have asked a local cab driver to take us to a hotel that sold drugs and had prostitutes. Hotels.com refused to refund us the money we spent, only to offer us one key reward points for the next time we booked at Economy inns and suites. We are never booking there again and might not use hotels.com again. They need to screen the hotels they post because this one hotel shouldn't be in business at all. The whole experience was some nightmare and I recommend never book there, or through hotels.com.
