A very pleasant weekend at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and responsive and the overall stay was most enjoyable. The restaurants were of a very high standard and we had no issues.

Nice big comfortable rooms with balconies, staff that tries hard to please, a free shuttle service to Pub street/ night market, live music in the lobby mornings and evenings- the only disappointment was the food. However, itā€™s a short tuk tuk or car ride into Siem Reap town where there are loads of good places to eat.

Wonderful welcome with drum beats,gift ,drink and snack when arrive at the resort. We had a very nice stay with the resort, wide garden, swimming pools,spa and beautiful room.The breakfast is fantastic.Enjoy the live music band at the lobby bar.Very good hospitality by the entire hotel staff.Thank you all so much.I would recommend it to travelers.We would definitely stay again.

Hotel is surrounded with greens n the garden n pools are well maintained.Staff are pleasant and would greet the guests wherever n whenever . The hotel bedroom temperature is warm always stays at 28 degree Celsius n no matter how we tune down the air conditioner temperature our bedroom still stays at 28 degree Celsius n this is very warm to stay comfortable in a hot country like Siem Reap in March 2019

We arrived and it was so and that we checked into another hotel immediately. The photographs were completely deceiving. The place was old, tatty and importantly it was dirty. There was an outside buffet with flies flying around and on the food. Absolutely horrendous hotel

This property provides excellent service by its staff including the front desk, restaurants, and spa. The environment is resort-like, relaxing with pool, garden, some of the sport facilities. Food quality in all three restaurants is excellent.

Le personnel est super accueillant et parle bien en anglais. Le dĆ©jeuner est excellent et trĆØs complet. Je voyageais seule et j'ai profitĆ© de la piscine qui est trĆØs bien entretenue aussi. Le gym est en parfait Ć©tat aussi. Cet hĆ“tel est merveilleux!

There is not a thing we didn't like about our stay. It was so restful and quiet - an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to take a quick shuttle or tuk-tuk downtown. I also had one of the best massages ever. Great food in the restaurant too. Impeccable service.
