This apartment was great. 3 minute walk to El Campo. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly, spoke English and made recommendations. The umbrellas at the apartment worked out well as two of mine broke in Lucca!!
I would rent this apartment again.

Pros: This apartment is lovely, with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and everything was very clean.
Cons: The clothes washing machine was kind of confusing and took hours to finish. Also, be aware that, while the elevator/lift does drastically reduce the number of steps to climb, there are still about 8 steps. This could be an issue for someone with mobility challenges.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’d love to come back and stay here again.
