Fabulous stay, beautifully appointed room with huge bathrooms and quality finishes. Our family of 5 was comfortable within 2 room. Would stay here again most definitely. Excellent location and friendly staff. Just a heads up you need to pay attention to check in instructions.

All 10s! Wonderful room with beautiful furnishings and a big comfortable bed. Hostess Mariangela was so responsive, so helpful, so friendly and kind. Can’t say enough good about her, the room, or Siena. We need to go back! Gracie mille!

Quarto enorme e limpo, funcionários gentis. Bem localizado em relação ao centro da cidade, tudo a pé. Porém por ser numa área ZTL (tráfico limitado), caso esteja de carro é necessário deixar em um valet recomendado pelo hotel. Todos os dias precisa marcar horário para pegar seu carro no ponto de encontro e este serviço custa 30 euros por dia. Caso retorne a Siena, escolheria um hotel fora da área ZTL.
