Amazing Beach Vacation
We stayed late-Dec / early-Jan and had an absolutely amazing trip. The condo is exactly as advertised and was perfectly clean upon arrival. Check-in was very easy and instructions were very clear. The master king bed is very comfortable; one of the best my wife and I have slept in staying at a VRBO. The kids room is nice and connects to the 2nd bathroom. Views from both bedrooms are fantastic. Our girls are 4.5 and 1.5 and the unit was perfect for them. Kitchen has everything you need for all meals. Location couldn’t be better; truly 20 steps to the beach when walking out the door of the condo. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Perfect spot right on the beach, a nice little walk away from Siesta Key Village. Would recommend. Being able to text the customer service number for any random questions is a helpful feature.

Girls trip
We enjoyed over looking the beach. It was pleasant taking the trolly down town. The guest bedroom was nice having two queen. We did prepare our food in the condo. We did not have access to condiments or plastic bags or storage containers. .

Beautiful view and location
This was a perfect unit to enjoy Siesta Key from. It was decorated nicely and well furnished. There are extra beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and even toys for children to play with on the beach. We used the cooler provided several times. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful with providing chairs on the beach and any other needs. The view from the unit is spectacular! It was the perfect location for my friend and I to rest and relax. I would highly recommend this unit for a stay on Siesta Key!!!

Fielrst two weeks very good.last week very unfortunate tha your people at beach tefused to bring chair
My driend left him to get chair and he couldn't stand .he stert walking abd fell down and end up in ER with fracture and cast with lots of pain ruined our last week stay

Check in was a joke, so unorganized. Unit was not cleaned well. Dirty pots in kitchen, literally dried sauce and food on them. Some bugs found, including in kitchen drawers. Air conditioning was terrible in the bedroom near the living room/kitchen area. Like the heat was on! Windows cheap, severe wind whistling and rattling keeps you up at night.

Very nice location
Had a great time at the facility. Close to village and on the beach. Great communication with property team. Only improve my was locating the key to get in as it was not at the facility. We had to pick it up in a little office area/ strip mall key box which wasn’t anywhere near the property. All in all we loved it!

Beautiful view and beach
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The access to the beach was so easy and close. It was nice having a pool on both sides of the property so you could have a bay view as well. Both elevators were working so we were happy about that. Keeping the temperature at 74 degrees was a little warm but we used fans that were provided. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Absolutely beautiful!! View and condo was wonderful and exactly like pictured. Clean, quiet.. everything was close .. from restaurants to beaches, market etc. Loved it.

Summer vacay
We had a wonderful stay. I did have a few issues though. First and foremost there is only ONE working elevator. This is a huge issue when condos are full. Being on an upper floor (10 floors) there are times you have too many items to carry up the steps. The walls are also really thin. You hear everyone upstairs, downstairs, and beside you. Other than that the location and convenience are great! 24 hr security and they are extremely helpful! Beautiful property and well maintained. Very clean!

The unit is perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The master bath had plumbing issue the whole time, the plumber could not clear so w the whole family had to share shower in the 2nd bathroom. The master bed mattress is unevenly wore and one of the two elevators were not working the whole week and the 2nd elevator didn’t work for a day so we had to walk up 7 flights with grocery bags. Other wise parking and walk to beach was perfect.

The pictures were accurate. The owners did a nice job with the renovations. The beach is beautiful. Location is perfect. Agree with the review from April regarding the silverware (both dishes and silverware were put back dirty) and silverware needs to be replaced as it is missing pieces (I think there were 5 knives). The unit does get a little warm at the preferred setting (I'd say mildly uncomfortable, not a deal breaker). The elevator work is still going on, a worker stated it is has been a 3 year project. We had to take the steps maybe 3 times, luckily it wasn't during check in or check out (this is unit is on the 7th floor). Also, beach towels could be replaced. The property staff are very friendly. They could do a better job managing the "private beach". You are required to wear a wristband, but there is no enforcement. Each day there were walk on's coming on to the private area. And, there were issues on a daily basis with other guests, as well as non guests trying to take over the rented umbrella spaces. There are tags placed on the reserved/rented items. Maybe larger signage and the beach crew could help by making people aware when placing the free loungers. It certainly didn't help that chairs would be delivered right on top of the rented umbrellas.

Overall the property was fine. Only one of 2 elevators works, kind of a problem at high season. The condo is exactly what it appears online. Love the colors, the art work is all very nice, the view is perfect. The bathrooms are tight but nicely and recently updated. The beach is large, nice beach chairs are provided and place on beach for you upon asking… very nice touch. Now…the condo itself could definitely use ceiling fans since they request you not turn AC lower than 72. The vertical blinds in the bedrooms have slats missing and should be replaced. The furniture on the porch is warped , it doesn’t sit without wiggling, table included. There is no broom to sweep daily crumbs. The silverware was not clean when put away. Could use more silverware, particularly forks…dinner forks would be nice. The ice maker didn’t work and leaked water into the lunch meat drawer. It should be looked at. The coffee maker died and was replaced immediately..so appreciated. By no fault of anyone but Mother Nature, red tide set in . It’s a game changer…we will always think of Siesta Key as Dead Fish Beach. It was awful..to breathe, to see! While walking the beach you had to constantly look down as to not step on a dead fish. We will not entertain Siesta Key again because of this.

This property had a great view and location and the desk staff at Palm Bay were very nice. The elevator was under maintenance and we had to go through the boiler room to enter and exit. I was very disappointed in the following: no washer and dryer in the unit, there was one dish cloth, no can opener and the cupboards were very messy, the pillows were dirty and old. The unit could have been cleaner (very dusty around the baseboards and bed). It could use a deep cleaning. For the price that we paid for three weeks, I just didnt think it was worth it.

The beach, location, property, and condo were amazing! My biggest complaint would be that you can’t set the temperature below 74 degrees. It’s too hot for me like that. I couldn’t sleep, but otherwise it was a great place. We loved it.

This property is absolutely perfect! It’s a wonderful space and the location is perfect, it is literally steps to the beach! It had everything we needed. We had some problems with the air conditioning but the owner was quick to respond which was greatly appreciated! Wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend it!
