The location was fantastic...everything to see is within walking distance. It is a little difficult to get into the hotel as it's not intuitively obvious how to walk into the lobby. If you're driving, the parking garage is on the property, which is nice, but there's no good/easy place to check in/check out. Rooms were nice although a little small.

Great two nights stay. Parking was great under hotel. Check in went fast and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Pool was nice and maintained well. Room was spacious but could use some upgrading. Only downfall was that outside hotel entrance there was a group of homeless individuals that would hang around entrance all day.

The staff in the morning was terrible when I tried to get the breakfast that I had already paid for, the greeting staff when I checked in was almost non existent. I will never stay at any novatel hotel after this experience
