Sandals Resorts - accommodation in Silver Sands

Staff and service are very friendly. We were traveling with older teenagers and we always felt safe with letting them walk around the resort. We had an issue with our toilet and they came to fix it and thought that was that. An hour later I received a text that they would just like to replace it (that day)! We had very few issues but if we did it was addressed and resolved very quickly! Beach is beautiful and easy to access. A couple improvements would be the beach bar, The Grove. They are VERY busy and it seems to me there has to be a better way to run it. From ordering to paying. The food takes forever to get. HOWEVER, they are friendly and tell you it's going to be a while. I think the place is just too small for the amount of people they are servicing (though we were there on probably one of the busiest weeks of the year). Another improvement would be the mattress on the pullout couch. We used it every night and though we managed, it really needs to be replaced. Going out of the country always has its challenges and differences than being in the United States. But you know that going into it. Truly not a hard price to pay for the beauty of the island you came for!

The food and staff at this resort was amazing. I really appreciated the hospitality here. Everything was great. The only thing this resort lacked was entertainment during the day. As well as there being no swim up bar :( once those two factors have been added in this resort would be 10/10 for me.
