This property was double booked
We did not stay. I want a refund as well as reimbursement for the hotel I had to scramble to find at 11pm when I found out someone else had rented the property for a whole month, including the time I had a confirmed booking. He did his booking through a different company. Don’t you folks cross-reference or have a way to detract this?
