Lovely home with pool and jacuzzi

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 full bath home in a quiet neighborhood in Simi Valley California.
This home is very cozy very relaxing. Just come in and lay yourself in the living room or the family room near the kitchen. With a 75 inch tv in the living room and a 65 inch TV in the family room near the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a 65 inch tv and the other two bedrooms have a 55 inch tv.
This home is fully furnished with everything you need just like your home.
All bathrooms have soaps, shampoos, toothpaste toothbrushes and towels. First aid included.
Kitchen fully stocked with a full size refrigerator for all your needs. We do provide water and sodas in the fridge.
There is a pool with a jacuzzi with no lifeguard.
Home has fire extinguishers in the closet and in the kitchen.

Loved our stay in Simi Valley
We booked the property to stay at for my family traveling for an event. The property was very clean, beds comfortable and had a nicely equipped kitchen. When we couldn’t figure out the hot tub, the management was very responsive and helpful in getting things figured out. We really enjoyed the heated pool after that! I was happy to have lots of towels. There was also an abundance of tvs making this a great chill pad for my crew.

Nice house in Simi
Took our daughter an 3 grandsons, a nice house for family fun. Could have used an extra rack in the oven (only one rack) and a pizza wheel, as pizza is important to have with those kiddos. :-)

Great house in a very good neighborhood
Best part of the house was the heated pool and hot tub! The whole family enjoyed it on almost every day we were there. Had a couple things come up, but they were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend this house for others and would stay there again.

Perfect house for 3 couples visiting for family wedding. Property was clean, updated, well stocked kitchen/bathrooms and nice desk area for some of our party that had to work.
