Approachable staff/owner. Spacious room. Their air-conditioning unit isn't that cold. Though the water from the shower and bidet isn't that strong, you'll get enough (the right amount) for a bath and cleaning.

Clean room and serviceminded personnel. For the price it is really great, much better then similiar guest houses with higher prices.
