Great Family vacation in Sirmione
We had a wonderful family vacation here. Property is located in a really nice, peaceful, closed residential area. The area is green and well-kept. There are two swimming pools on the premises, close to the apartment. One smaller for children and the other large, great for swimming. It is very clean, caps are required, and a lifeguard is responsible for safety. The apartment itself may not be the latest in terms of appearance or equipment, but it has everything you need. Living room with a small kitchen and a large balcony. We mainly spent time at the balcony, where we could comfortably sit, eat or drink wine in the evening, looking towards Garda lake, which is a few hundred meters from the apartment. In the apartment, apart from the living room, there are two bedrooms, one of which has two separate beds, and the other is with a double bed. They are connected by a corridor with a bathroom with a shower cabin. Air conditioning is well arranged. One air conditioner cools the living room with kitchen, and the other one in the corridor is sufficient for two bedrooms. Bicycles are available for guests. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Gardasee mit Sohn und Enkel
Wir hatten eine ruhige und entspannte Woche am Gardasee.Der Empfang durch unsere Gastgeber Theresa und Ricardo war sehr freundlich und endete mit einer Einladung in der Pizzeria auf dem nahegelegenen Campingplatz.Dort kann man übrigens auch morgens frische Brötchen holen.Absonsten waren wir wohl die einzigen Gäste in der gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage.Die Fewo hat alles was man braucht und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet sowie sauber.Fahrräder standen uns zur Verfügung und haben sie auch für eine schöne Tour nach Borghetto genutzt.Leider war der Pool schon leer,aber gut 14.10.eben.In der Nähe einfach am Ende der Anlage durchs Tor,gibt ein Hotel mit Restaurant,wo man übrigens auch Pizza außer Haus holen kann.Alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft für 1 Woche zufrieden.Danke nochmal an Theresa und Riccardo für die gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und den herzlichen Empfang.Bleibt gesund

Alles bestens!
Wir waren mit 3 Kindern von 1 bis 7 Jahren unterwegs. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung und die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage. Den See erreicht man nach wenigen Minuten Fußweg, dort gibt es auch eine kleine Bar mit Eisdiele. Wenn man etwas weiter läuft, kommt man nach Lugana, dort ist das Wasser schön klar und es gibt Tretboote, Kanus und SUPs für schmales Geld zu mieten. Der Pool in der Anlage war wunderbar, mit ausreichend Liegen und Schattenplätzen. Riccardo und Teresa sind tolle Gastgeber, vielen Dank!

Schöne Wohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Der See ist direkt in der Nähe, am Pool bekommt man immer einen Platz, die Wohnung ist toll und die Anlage schön ruhig. Zudem sind Theresa und Riccardo sehr nett und erklärten uns alles. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Schöne Erholung am Gardasee
Von der Buchung über den ersten Kontakt bis hin zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang unserer Gastgeber, Riccardo und Teresa war sehr herzlich. Uns wurde alles notwendige vor Ort erklärt und übergeben. Das Appartment bestand aus einem Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Kochnische, 2 Schlafzimmer abgehend von einem kleinen Flur, sowie einem Bad mit Dusche. Außerdem gab es noch einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Grill. Die Einrichtung war zwecksmäßig und - für uns wichtig - sehr sauber. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Matratzen machten einen guten Eindruck. Zur Anlage gehörte ein Poolbereich, den wir nur ab und zu in den Abendstunden genutzt hatten. Auch dieser war sauber und gepflegt, zu der Zeit hatten wir den Bereich für uns allein. Es bestand die Pflicht zum Tragen einer Badekappe. Das war nicht ganz so toll, aber zu verkraften. Von der Anlage aus war es ca. 5 Gehminuten zum See. Dort gab es eine Liegewiese, die ausreichend im Schatten lag und eine Treppe sowie einen Steg, um den See bequem zu erreichen. Da das Wasser an der Stelle lange recht flach war, konnten auch unsere Kinder dort gefahrlos im Wasser planschen. Trotz Hauptsaison war diese Stelle nur sehr wenig besucht und man hatte ein herrlich ruhiges Plätzchen zur Entspannung. Danke an Riccardo und Teresa für die freundliche Betreuung! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder!

Wunderbar!
Sehr empfehlenswerte saubere, ruhige Wohnung mit Klimaanlage, Balkon, Grill und allem was man sonst so braucht. Sehr schöner Pool, wo nie zuviel los ist. Man bekommt immer eine Liege, auch im Schatten. Der See liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Theresa und Riccardo.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Vermieter schon vor Ort. Sie haben uns alles genau erklärt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Wlan war vorhanden, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage und sogar ein Pelletsofen sind vorhanden. Da es an Ostern noch etwas kühl war, hatten wir wärmere Bettdecken bekommen und konnten die Wohnung in der Früh mit dem Ofen beheizen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

die Wohnung ist praktisch und bequem, das Bad renovationsbedürftig aber sonst ok, bei der Eingangstüre klemmt das Schloss. Schade, dass man nicht durch die Anlage zum See kommt sondern rundherum laufen muss (war extrem heiss in dieser Woche). Die Besitzer Riccardo und Theresa sind nett. Alles in allem gut für eine Woche und andere Städte wie Bardolino und Malcesine sind gut erreichbar mit dem Auto

Sehr schöne Ferien in einer ruhigen Anlage
Wir haben zwei Wochen phantastischen Familienurlaub erlebt. Riccardo und seine Frau haben uns freundlich empfangen und uns mit allen Dingen vertraut gemacht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Viele Einheimische die am Wochenende die Anlage aufsuchen. Aber in der Woche war man in der Hauptsaison mit ein paar Mann am Pool. Herrlich! Von der Wohnung zum Lago sind es ein paar Minuten entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken für den schönen Urlaub! Nur zu empfehlen! Viele Grüße Familie Dirks

Anlage hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und die Terrase top. Pool war super auch den Kinderpool. Restaurant ist um die Ecke und Supermarkt sehr nah. die Lage ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Riccardo war super und er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. War ein super entspannter und schöner Urlaub!

Schöne Tage am Gardasee
Wir haben eine schöne Woche am Gardasee verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was im Urlaub so gebraucht wird. Wer "deutschen Kaffee" trinken will, sollte sich allerdings Maschine oder Zubehör selbst mitbringen. Die kleine Badestelle quasi hinter dem Haus, war sehr nett und nicht zu voll. Super nette Vermieter, die uns herzlich empfangen und kühle Getränke bereit gehalten haben, und sich auch am Ende erkundigt haben, ob alles in Ordnung war. Dank an Riccardo und seine Frau!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit allem, was wir uns wünschten. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und familienfreundlich ausgestattet. Der Pool ist toll und auch bis zum See ist es nicht weit. Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir haben einen entspannten Familienurlaub in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Anlage genossen. Man hat jederzeit gemerkt, dass kleine Kinder ausdrücklich willkommen sind. Der Pool + Kinderbecken war sauber und nie überfüllt. Die Wohnung im 1. OG ist ausreichend Groß und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit neuer, Leistungsstarker Klimaanlage. Ausgestattet. Von Besteck über Geschirr, Handtücher und Bettwäsche bis zum Holzkohlegrill auf der recht Großen Terrasse oder der Microwelle war alles da. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und auch während des Aufenthalts nachgefragt ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Als Bonbon gab es noch je eine Flasche Wein und Sekt im Külschrank. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne private Ferienanlage mit grossem Pool
Wohnung: Hat uns gut gefallen. Die Grillmöglichkeit fanden wir super. Die Klimaanlge ist ausreichend, allerdings hatten wir zum Glück noch einen Ventilator dabei um die kühle Luft aus dem Wohnzimmer in die Schlafräume zu pusten. Küche: sehr klein, aber man kommt zurecht. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: ein Messbecher wäre von Vorteil gewesen, den haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Für die Poolbenutzung sollte man an die Badekappenpflicht denken. Ein eigener Parkplatz für jede Wohnung ist vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.
