Two-room apartment located inside the residence Punta Grò 1, ground floor, in a central but quiet area.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts, completely renovated, is equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, cappuccino maker, barbecue, television / Smart TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, wifi in the common areas, Wi-Fi fiber line in the apartment. Wooden floor throughout the house, kitchen and bathroom linen provided.
The residence has two fenced-in pools with lifeguard assistance, a kiosk in the pool nr. 1, minimarket, sporting goods store, pizzeria / restaurant, take away rotisserie, playground with entertainment evenings from June to September, beach suitable for children with sandy bottom, beach bar.
From the latter you can leave by bike or on foot and reach the castle of Sirmione which is about 5 km from the cycle path.
At 2 Km there are the thermal baths of Sirmione, reachable on foot via the lake or by road, or with the bus which stops at the entrance of the residence itself (tickets can be purchased on board or at the Lugana tobacco shop)
In the immediate vicinity there are also the center of Peschiera del Garda (6 km), Gardaland (9 km), Desenzano del Garda (10 km).

Tolle Ferienwohnung ganz nah am Gardasee
Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Anlage für Ferienwohnungen wenige Gehminuten vom Gardasee. Die Wohnung selbst inklusive Terasse und Grillplatz ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, ebenso ist die Ferienanlage inkl. Pool sehr schön. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in Gehweite zu finden. Eugenio und Barbara sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns einen erholsamen Aufenthalt und unproblematisches Check-In/Check-Out ermöglichten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber sind nur zu empfehlen!! Wir wurden herzlich durch Eugenio empfangen. Er hat uns alles gezeigt. Er und seine Frau, Barbara, waren immer erreichbar und hatten auf jede Frage eine passende Antwort :-) In der Wohnung stand als Willkommens Gruß. Eine große Schale voller frischem Obst und eine gute Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung war super sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Man fühlt sich gleich willkommen - mit Früchtekorb und Wein. See fußläufig schnell erreichbar, alternativ gibt es einen Pool. Wir können das Appartment für eine kleine Familie empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft; genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben den Aufenthalt wunderbar vorbereitet. Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen, es wurde auch an Obst und Getränke gedacht. Umgebung liegt im Grünen, in der Nähe des Sees. Das Vogelgezwitscher trägt zur Entspannung bei. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.
