A short drive puts you in the middle of everything that Sister Bay has to offer. Or, avoid the traffic and parking, and enjoy the 3/4 mile walk to Sister Bay's shops, restaurants, and public beach. Want to get away with the family, but can't quite leave the office behind? The basement has a quiet remote workspace. Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Important Property Notes
This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

This property is situated in a beautiful, rural setting, as a result, you may encounter insects and wildlife outside our homes. While we have pest control measures in place and strive to maintain a comfortable stay, we cannot fully eliminate the presence of these elements due to the natural surroundings.

This property is equipped with a decibel and nicotine smoke monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.
