Walk to everywhere.
Downgraded for the foul odor coming from the bathroom that smelled like sewer gas. Unacceptable. Very comfortable bed, average breakfast, gorgeous view of the river from a front room. However, if you should open your window for fresh air, that view comes with noise and cigarette smoke from the street below. Not the fault of the hotel; just being informative. Great location!

Lovely cosy hotel and very centrally located. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Only thing I would say is that the twin room was a little bit small for two adults sharing, but it was otherwise very clean and comfortable

I had a great stay at Hotel Mondschien. The staff were lovely and so efficient with the check in/check out process, the hotel was clean and close to city centre/local anmentieis. Overall a great stay. One area to improve on would be breakfast, which was very basic and did not have any variety. Cheese & Ham left in the same plate so there was easy cross contamination.

Excellent service every step of the way. I required a delivery so I had called in advance to ask that they hold it if the delivery arrived before me. The telephone service was excellent. Upon arrival the customer service was outstanding and kind. The parking was easy and close. The room was IMMACULATE and well appointed. I requested a tea kettle and was accommodated quickly and happily. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING. There is a variety of fare and flavor profiles all extremely well prepared. They made fresh eggs and served them with fresh green garnish. The homemade jams and fresh local breads were solid and amazing. Honestly, I usually just don’t participate in hotel breakfast but I’m so thankful I did. The hotel is very centrally located and I prefer to sleep with the window open. This means that there was some street noise through the window. If you require silence either leave the window shut or maybe some ear plugs? I heard no noise from other rooms or from the hallway so the hotel itself is well insulated.
