Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel!! Great location for the old town area especially. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had an amazing room, the view was incredible! Made the extra effort by decorating the room as it was our honeymoon. Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend!

The Adlers hotel in Innsbruck is very convenient to the main train station. My room had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains with floor to ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable and the modern bathroom was spacious. The VIP Expedia bonus for the room was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! Nice touch. I’ve stayed here several times - my go to place in Innsbruck.

Amazing Views -- Can't be beat
Adler Hotel was an amazing hotel. The rooms have a wall of windows to show off the mountain views. The downtown area is a bit rundown. I wouldn't feel comfortable in the area after dark. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

Good stay all around with nice views, and the good quality bedding sets. Most of the staff were very friendly. But I am not sure if the quality of service would match the price range. Other hotels may have similar quality service with lower price. Or maybe it was just the date that I stayed had higher price than usual. I asked for a taxi at a specific.time. A cab came but it was taken by other customers. The hotel staff went out to speak to them but I was just told that it was called by the other party. If you need a taxi, it might be better off to make an arrangement yourself.

Amazing hotel, truly the best in Innsbruck
Stayed here Monday to Friday and from beginning to end this was a phenomenal stay. The staff were great and courteous always with a smile on their faces. The location is truly great. On checkin I asked to be put on the highest room and they were happy to oblige and the view all over Innsbruck was unreal. The bar and food area on the 12th floor is really nice and clean and the staff there were the best. The prices of the food and drinks is cheaper than you would think from a hotel of this calibre. I’ve stayed in hotels all over Innsbruck over the past few years and this is hands down the best. I was with colleagues in other hotels and this visit has convinced them to move over to use this hotel as a base going forward. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay.

A friendly welcome by staff and a fantastic room and view was added to by the great bar on the 12th floor. Great breakfast options also. I will return to Adlers hotel in the near future, this time for several nights.

Huge windows maximise the amazing views of the mountains from the bedroom. Views from bar/breakfast area on top of the hotel are fantastic. Great breakfast too. 10 min walk from Old Town and Golden Roof. Would definitely stay again.

Very easy check in, cheerful and very helpful staff. Incredible city and mountain views from our room and the rooftop bar. Make sure you ask for your FREE Inssbruck Pass for reduced museum and cable car access plus free travel on busses and cable cars.
