Lovely stay. We happened to be there when there was a film festival. The staff handled everything so well. Breakfast was good and had variety. Walking distance to the beaches and city center. Would stay again.

Cuando hicimos el check in, no nos informaron que el lunes a las 6 am debido al festival de cine, teniamos q sacar el coche de la calle donde lo tenƭamos aparcado. Sabian q el lunes a las 12 pm nos ibamos. Incluso al hacer el check-in preguntamos por plazas de parking y la recepcionista Silvia nos alento q aparcƔramos en la calle, que se podƭa aparcar sin problemas. El lunes al mediodƭa salimos y el coche no estaba. Lo habia llevado la grua. La multa fue el equivalente a otra noche de hotel. Muy mala asistencia de parte de la recepcionista al hacer el check-in. Nos tendria q haber avisado y hubiƩramos contratado el servicio de parking.

Melia is a great hotel with very professional staff, the transportation needs to be improved maybe a shutter from the town to the hotel. Taxis services take too long.

I would say with value of money average facilities. Staff specially in restaurant area was not very welcoming and friendly.There was electricity outage as well during my stay and elevator was not working. I didnā€™t use their minibar but got the bill on my credit card which I am still debating with them to give me the explanation why they charged me for this?

Staying at Melia Sitges was a great experience. Very comfortable rooms. Great room service and facilities. Staff are really helpfull. It is 20 min walk to the city center and its difficult to find taxi or transport options after midnight, you should consider this if you want nightouts.

The hotel was within walking distance from the beach which was very nice . The pool was a good size . The 2 restaurants was nice as well . The only bad thing was my room didnā€™t have AC which was requested twice so good thing I had that balcony because I had to leave the door open . Which was a nice breeze
