The apartment was okay. The bathroom was dirty and had mold on the ceiling. It was also very noisy, all we heard was babies crying, people talking, footsteps all night long. To make matters worse, the air conditioning only worked when we rigged it with a magnet as the doors didn't close properly.

You book a hotel because you look at a location, and then you discover you had to take a taxi to go and pick up keys from another location because it is half an hour walk each direction. And then you discover there are at least two guys on the premises when you artĆ­culo ve at midnight. And you donā€™t even need people at this time and age. You add the time lost and taxi fare and you ask why? Total disrespect! Then there are no soaps to wash your hands after you are in toilet you have to walk in shower to get a douche gel. You turn on AC and then it smels sewage! All in all, not a good experience

Inaccurate information and noisy

Hotelā€™s lobby is a mile away from the actual accommodation, never stated it on the booking had to check in at 1:45 am due to delayed flight arrival only to find out the check in area and actual room are miles apart. Woke up to the sound of loud banging due to construction on our building that was also hidden from us when booking.

Dont walk, run (away)

So lets begin with check in, which is at a completely different location from the actual location of the apartment (read the fine print) that is not within walking distance. Now if youā€™re travelling overseas iā€™d let you know not to pack light cus theres 5 floors and no elevator. Lets get to the actual room. The door locks you in, the ā€œdoubleā€ bed we had was actually 2 twin beds- ON WHEELS- so dont get too close to the ā€œmiddle of the bedā€ because they will separate, and you will fall. The showers look moldy and the fridge was dirty, it made me feel uncomfortable to put my things down in these places. The staff also questioned me about the duration of my stay when i asked for more towels before deciding if i would get any. When leaving to head out for the day, we were followed out and watched by one of the house keeping staff. When asked if she needed something from us, she gave me a dirty look, said no, and walked off. Iā€™m sure thereā€™s other things im missing, but long story short i would only contemplate staying here again if i was offered money.

Generally , room was acceptable and quite large , however, outside signature is not enough , wifi is poor in room , it was mentioned free WiFi in the website when I booked . I asked the reception by email ( no one answer the phone ) and was told only working in common area like swimming pool and garden. At this time of the year , canā€™t stay outside to use WiFi

Will not go back.accomodation was very nice good size and plenty of plugs.quite modern. But the noise was constant.have came back from vacation needing one.pool looks great but only 10 sunbeds for over 100 appartments.wifi was non existence as password i was given came up as incorrect. Transfer i booked with reception for 4am did not show up.great if you have uncontrollable kids who like to scream and run around day and night

STAY AWAY

Firstly the process to actually get into the apartment is ridiculous and this should be made clearer before booking! You have to collect the key from a hotel 1.4 miles away!! I then had the pleasure of the guy on reception who scoffed at me when I said I was here to pick up apartment keysā€¦ ā€˜check in you meanā€™ā€¦ well no actually, I am here to pick up keys, I am not checking in here am I when the place is a mile away! We booked a family room but I DO NOT recommend any family stay here. The place is grottyā€¦ it STINKS of smoke (despite the listing claiming non smoking). I didnā€™t even hang my clothes in the bedroom it stank so much. Air conditioning didnā€™t work (again despite it being listed as an amenity) And finallyā€¦ we literally did not sleep a wink! Shouting, partying and furniture being dragged around ALL NIGHT! Oh and a drunk man also trying to get into your room doesnā€™t make you feel the safest! Do yourself a favour and book somewhere elseā€¦ itā€™s not even cheap!
