Good , I visited many other hotel in Sivas , But this one is better than others , the room is wide with good desk and good W.C My only comment is that the breakfast is the same everyday, No variety

The manager Yalcin was very helpful. He assisted me when I had issues arranging taxis or ant language issues All the staff are friendly and helpful. They order me a meal as my train was late and no shops were open. There breakfast has a large selection and its very tasty. Whenever I'm back in Sivas I will definitely stay in this hotel. The rooms are large and good value for money. 10/10.

Great place to stay in Sivas
I used this hotel during my sightseeing trip of Turkey. The hotel is located ideally in center of city. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfactory. The only thing I did not like is thin wall. You can hear next door’s tv sound and talking.

splendid brand new hotel in the center of sivas. everything's just excellent and high-class, room and bathroom are spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast was really outstanding. area is safe and convenient, even if you arrive at midnight. really, really recommend to stay here!

Belirtmek isterim ki özellikle resepsiyon ve girişteki restaurant görevlileri gerçekten cok kibar ve ilgililerdi. Fakat odalar genel olarak temiz olsa da havlularda,çarşaflarda, perdelerde yanık gibi delikler vardı. Özellikle odadaki perdeleri açarken ciddi anlamda dokunmak istemedim okadar kirli, lekeli ve siyaha dönmüşlerdi ki. Ayrıca kahvaltı salonunda çalışan bayan arkadaşlar keşke günaydın demeyi ve gülmeyi bilebilselerdi kahvaltı cok vasattı 2 sabah da birbirinin aynı olan sözde açık büfe kahvaltı lezzetlimiydi evet çünkü hepsi zaten hazır paketli ürünlerin tabaklara konup servis edildiği bir kahvaltıydı.(peynir,zeytin, domates....)beni en rahatsız eden durum ise oda da cocuk olduğu için klimayı açarak uyuyamadık camı açtık ve iki gece de nerdeyse gece 3e 4 e kadar otelin önünde toplanmış erkek grubunun küfürlü sohbetlerini duymama mücadelesi vererek uyumaya çalışmak oldu. Kesinlikle bir cocukla gidip konaklanacak bir yer değil iş toplantısı olup günü birlik kalacaklar için konaklanabilecek bir yer
