Perfect Home from home
Fabulous find on the front. Great location. Parking close if carpark full. Clean and well decorated. Lots of rooms but was incredibly quiet. Had the top room 1 in the Attic. Plenty of space. Tea and coffee plus the water bottles were very welcome. Bed was incredible comfortable and spotless. Pillows great. Slept so well. Towels were white heavy and fluffy. The ensuite was small but to be expected but perfectly useable. The shower was small but again perfectly functional. Breakfast was fab, presented well with plenty of toast and coffee. Large airy breakfast room. Great lottle bar with pool table and comfy front lounge. Ooh yeah recommend the porridge it was to die for x. Will stay here every time we visit Skegvegas for the night. Loved it.

Accommodation was round the back next to the carpark. People coming & going all night. Car alarms going off & police sirens. Flat was below the bar so noise of people walking & furniture scraping. Outside staircase with csrpet fitters up & down all morning. Paid £320 for 2 nights but only stayed 1 as we had enough..very very disappointed

A bit disappointing for the cost
As per reviews when booking this hotel it was a little disappointing. The room we had was very small and box like for the price you were paying. The room was stuffy and when trying to keep the window open to bring in fresh air, there was no latch to keep it open. The view of the back of housing was very unappealing. Apart from that it was a good location and the breakfast was lovely

Excellent stay at very short notice (literally booked an hour before turning up!) very clean single room with en suite. Friendly and welcoming, no issues at all. Quiet and clean, highly recommend for a stay.

The room was clean though the carpets needed a clean and the furnishings were quite worn. Parking was limited but there is plenty of on street parking nearby. Water was provided as well as the usual tea making facilities which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly.
