It started off with check in at 4. Our room wasnā€™t ready until 5:40. So we had to wait with a toddler for nearly 2 hours. (We did get a free drink voucher each for the inconvenience) When we got into the room, there were footprints on the couch and some kind of dried spillage on the floor. On top of that, there was only 1 bed in the room despite booking for 2 adults and 1 child. The sleep through the night was horrific, I can only compare it to trying to sleep in the Australian outback at the height of summer. I had to open the sliding doors into the car park at 1AM and cool the room down so my son could sleep. One of these things wasnā€™t too bad, it was the fact they all happened. I could nitpick at other things too, but thereā€™s no point. The staff were as helpful as they could be in their situation.

I wonā€™t stay at this hotel on a Saturday again. The live entertainment was spoilt by two drunken couples causing a nuisance, other guests complained and left the bar area. They were still served alcohol even when their behaviour was unacceptable and I donā€™t appreciate being near someone vaping in a bar area, we drank up and left

A nice place to stay. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from for all tastes. On the second morning the staff were a bit slow asking us if we wanted tea, coffee or toast and as a result our cooked food was half eaten before it arrived. Apart from that, a pleasant stay.
