This cabin offers a furnished deck with a gas grill and a panoramic view to the west. There is a second deck ideal for birdwatching or just lounging among the treetops. Inside you will find a full kitchen and a dining nook for enjoying home-cooked meals. Just two miles from this rental, Arrowhead Village offers shopping, cuisine, seasonal entertainment, and special events. Amazing
I took my granddaughter to Santa’s Village for her Christmas gift. We rented this cabin because of the close proximity to SV and everything else. We loved the cabin and really enjoyed having a fire every night. It’s nice that it’s right off the main highway but far enough in so it was quiet. Will definitely rent here again.

The location was great as we were there to ride bikes at SkyPark at Santa's Village and this is only 3 miles from it. The cabin was easy to locate. Parking tight, one vehicle only! Older and dated but overall nice. Loved the balcony and deck. Liked that there are 2 bathrooms. Then we went to bed :( The bed to the right of the stairs, with the black metal frame was so squeaky and wobbly that every move by myself or my husband woke us up; mattress also not great. The other bed was quiet but mattress VERY firm. Also since it was August was a bit warm for sleeping. Maybe put a stationary fan in the bedrooms? The ceiling fan in the living room was great! Didn't use kitchen or TVs, WiFi was good.

Quick Getaway
Very clean and comfortable. The furniture is cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped. The treehouse effect is real. A big window shade stopped working, the screen door came off and at least one streaming service would be nice, but those are small things. We enjoyed the cabin.

Fun family mountain time.
This was our first family trip in the mountains, and we had a fun relaxing time. The house was clean, warm and cozy. It was near Lake Arrowhead where you can grab some yummy food, enjoy the beautiful scenery or do some shopping. It was a shirt drive to enjoy some snow tubing. We will definitely be back in the spring time.

Suggestion
The location was good l think who ever is maintaining should be make an inspection of the property before a client arrives . The walkway entering the house was covered with needles and leaves , there was a broom laying on the ground below the door. I went a picked it up and swept the walkway. The toilet upstairs wasn’t fastened to the floor properly. The toilet down stairs the lever for flushing was broken. The bed downstairs to the right was not cleaned underneath. It had considerable amount of dust and a sock from a previous client. I also noticed that the rail on the top deck needed some maintenance. The floor of the deck also seemed a little bit weak in spots
