Maritim Hotels - accommodation in Sliema

I stayed for 3 nights and it was a lovely experience. The room was very spacious and clean. I had breakfast each morning and was impressed with the amount of food on offer. The fresh fruit and fresh bread were excellent. I appreciated they had soya and almond milk, so I could have a nice coffee each morning too. Only one small thing that didn't work well was the kettle in my room, the lid must have been damaged as it wouldn't stay closed, if you boiled it you had to weigh it down with something or it would boil forever, it wasn't a huge issue though, I just used it a few times. The little gift shop inside the hotel was also handy and had some nice things. Staff were all friendly and overall this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a while. I would happily stay here again in the future :)

My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the Valletta skyline—an absolute treat to wake up to each morning. The breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious Italian dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The hotel’s location near the heart of Sliema is perfect for sightseeing, as it’s close to many major Malta attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the AX Palace Hotel offers excellent value for the cost, and the exceptional service makes you feel like part of the family. A special thanks to the reception staff for upgrading our room—it was such a kind gesture. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
