I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in June. The hotel didn't inform me any information about parking. I end up with receiving parking charge from my rental car company Hertz with 150 NOK plus 375 NOK administration fee.

Came back after previous visit in 2019. Oh what transformation. If you like clean towels daily and you bed made, Don't come here. On arrival receptionist was poor about information, not giving breakfast times and where to sit in addition to their new cleaning policy. Room in need of upgrade, ceiling lamps need replacement, bear live wires in new led light fitting, fridge thermostat broken. Need to come back for Norway Day, but it will be another Hotel that doesn't have "Quality" in its name.

Horrible Stay
This was a terrible experience. Online it looks like an updated and comfortable hotel by the water, which is true if they put you in the newer section. We got an old room with cheap furniture and a horrible bed. At night the place turned into a house party. People next to us were partying, people in the parking lot were partying, and people in the house next-door were partying. (There's a campus nearby) The noise went on for hours making sleep impossible. In the morning there was a bottle of vodka behind the tire of our rental car, broken glass in the parking lot, and red solo cups thrown everywhere. Thankfully our car was ok. I would not recommend this place to others and I feel that we wasted our money.

Excellent breakfast buffet. The old building (to which we were assigned) is a little dated. The curtains in the rooms didn't perfectly block the light. Paid parking was a shock.

Our stay was amazing, we booked rooms in the new building. Unlike the rooms in old building, our rooms had A/C. The only thing that was missing was a tea/cofee making facility and a fridge (due to eco regime as explained by hotel staff)

A little pricy for the basicness
The rooms were good. The extra bed was very hard to sleep on, but works for one night I guess. The adjacent restaurants were amazing, though a little on the expensive side.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The beds were very comfortable . The food at the buffet was great. I would come back to this hotel next time I am in Sogndal

Comfortable, clean hotel in very convenient location with 3 restaurants onsite. Perfect for a quick overnight stay on a rainy evening. Family room had 2 single beds plus wall-mounted bunk beds. Good breakfast. Would recommend!
