The hotel was a little outdated. The a/c did not blow cold air, and there was a spider in the tub. The tub/shower was very slow to drain. The pool area with the slide was decent but could use some paint. The hotel was short staffed with only one person working a full hotel. Kudos to her for managing the best she could. The location was convenient.

The pool was not clean, rooms are not really sound proof. Went down for breakfast at 9:00am on both days and they did not refill the waffle station many people were left without having waffles: if breakfast is until 10:00am the full selection should be available until that time. Other than that the hotel was ok!

First they said that I checked pet friendly on line and did not. They said no other rooms and could have upgraded. Second I had no maid service with no explanation as to why when I complained and the maids had already gone home for the day. I asked them for a guide for the TV so I wouldn't have to figure out which chaneels I got, but did not have it. No way of figuring out until you get a message wanting to rent the movie. I will never stay there again! Beds very uncomfotorable, and no way to control AC and it was not cool enough, then they turned heat on at night when it was not needed. I would not recommend at all.

During check out we found we have been double charged for rooms and one of the staff were arguing that we are not been prepaid for rooms even after we showed her the expedia receipt of payment. They reversed the amount after a few talks. It is ok if a mistake is made, but I feel the staff could have been more professional to handle such situation.

We arrived about 90 minutes prior to check in and inquired about getting into our room early- she looked and said no problem. Great! Get up to our room and just about every door on the floor was propped open, cords and linen carts spread out everywhere- including the room we had just been checked into. Went back downstairs and asked if the room was in fact not ready? Another lady informed me that check in wasn’t until 4pm.. Fine- but if that’s the position they want to maintain, why tell us yes, and in fact check us in? They sorted it out and got the room ready. The lobby coffee was barely warm, and definitely old. First morning, the breakfast room was quite dirty/messy- I had to ask for a rag to clean the waffle maker before I could use it, and was told “napkins are in the corner”. The room was decent, the beds not overly comfortable. Overall, the place is dated, and could use a refresh and more regular cleaning in the common areas. The pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained, and the staff was friendly.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. As for the rooms, we were connected to the pool so it was bright in our room all night. The tvs didnt work and wifi was very spotty. So bring a book. Our shampoo amd conditioner that was provided, I'm pretty sure was used before us bc they were less than half full. The themes of the room were enjoyable tho and the bunk beds were a nice size.
