Make yourself at home at The Great Bear Cabin:

KITCHEN is well-equipped with new appliances, including dishwasher.
*you will have a choice of two coffee makers (single serve and 12 cup machine),
*there is a toaster, kettle and small blender (with different attachments)
*you will have starter packs of tea and coffee (both k-cups and ground coffee), as well as sugar packets and small creamers;
*there are cooking essentials (salt, pepper, basic spices, oil);
*you will have access to utensils, plates, bowls, among many other things;
*there are also two extra seats at the counter.

LIVING ROOM has a comfy couch that reclines on each side, two accent chairs and ottoman;
*65” flat screen Samsung smart TV (you can stream content from your phone);
*Bluetooth stereo system with speakers inside and one speaker on deck;
*various fun board games and books for kids and adults;

DINING ROOM has an extra large dining table that seats 6 people comfortably;

BEDROOMS
* three (3) private bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has queen-size bed,
Bedroom 2 has two twin XL beds,
Bedroom 3 has one full-size bed;

BATHROOM is compact but well-utilized
*has a tub and shower combo
*you are provided with linens, towels, bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash);

OFFICE
*it's a separate room off the living room with desk, chair and extra seating
*it has access to the back deck

TWO OUTDOOR DECKS
*Front deck is partially covered and it's off the kitchen. It features two lounge chairs, table, hanging swing and Weber Gas Grill;
*Back deck is also partially covered and accessible through the office. It features 2 chairs and a small table and the stairs lead directly to the outdoor firepit.

FIREPIT
*it has unique wood seating around the firepit;
*it's decorated with outdoor string lights to enhance the atmosphere
*firewood is provided (not kindling);

While the Mountain Lake is reserved for residents, there are plenty of other great swimming spots just a short drive away.
Furthermore, the cabin's convenient location near attractions such as the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, renowned for its connection to the original Woodstock, Resort World Casino, and Holiday Mountain Ski & Summer Fun Park, guarantees entertainment suitable for all ages. You can also take a leisurely drive to neighboring towns like Livingston Manor, Hurleyville, Callicoon, Narrowsburg, Jeffersonville, Roscoe or Kauneonga Lake, each offering its own unique charm with waterfront restaurants, quaint shops, and bustling farmer's markets.
