This Holiday house is nestled in an ideal beach side location and is the perfect beach house getaway.
Excellent walking access to the YCW Beach and Smiths Beach shops. Listen to the sound of the surf crash from the large deck area.
The secure yard is dog friendly for bigger dogs (fence is combined wood and wire). No wifi.
PETS WELCOME OUTSIDE AND DOWNSTAIRS ONLY - will allow outside dogs only, we request a DOG bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc
The perfect holiday house for every member of the family.
The steep driveway offers plenty of room for up to 4 cars and you could fit the boat!
The upstairs kitchen with electric oven, has everything you need including a Delonghi Pod Coffee machine, open plan with dining table, reverse cycle air conditioner, lounge and deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Upstairs has a bathroom with a shower and basin and separate toilet.
Downstairs has the entrance, 4th bedroom with TV, laundry and small bathroom, which has a shower and toilet.

LINEN NOT SUPPPLIED.
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2023
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Lovely, comfortable house in quiet neighbourhood
Loved staying here with my multigenerational family. The location is quiet and close to the beach. Inside there is lots of space for everyone. Very clean and had everything you need except linen which was extra $$ per person. Had to drive to Cowes to pick up keys, maybe a lockbox could be more efficient.

This property it in a great location but sadly the lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the property made it a disappointing stay. I rang the property manager during the stay about taps not working and broken furniture and upon my departure i reported these along with other issues in regards to lights not working and the overall cleanliness of the property. The property manager showed very little care or concern and responded that i should have advised upon first arriving.

Location was very near Smiths beach. Many go there to surf from what we could see. The home had an enclosed compound which was great for our dog that we brought along.

Location is perfect
The property is 5 min walk from the perfect beach. Walk the dog in the morning and surf in the afternoon. The house is clean and basic, but the decks are perfect to relax and feed the kookaburras who hang out with you!

Had everything we needed during our stay. Loved being so close to the beach and good distance to all attractions. Kitchen was well equipped and the Nespresso machine was an added bonus.

Great house for a family beach holiday. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, plenty of room. Love the location between Smiths and YCW. Large grassy block which is fully fenced, perfect for kids.

Beautiful house close to the beach
We loved out stay in this property. All essential items needed were provided. We were able to make beautiful memories with our family. Only concern was the couch had hair of people who stayed previously, hence we just used the chairs to sit on and didn’t feel comfortable using the couch. Other than that, bathrooms, floors and kitchen was clean.

I really don’t want to tell you all how perfect this property was for our needs because you’ll all want to book it, & I want to book it again & again! 4 bedroom, big yard, 5 mins from the beach & the sensational smiths beach general store. Saw wallabies, reenergized with walks on the beach, sleep soundly in the comfortable beds, listened to kookaburras sing. We are hooked on Marlin!

Easy to recommend with property
Light and airy, nice furniture, not worn out like a lot of holiday rentals. And nice matching crockery and cutlery, no miss-matched chipped coffee cups. Had a fresh clean feel. Very handy to beautiful surf beach and in the other direction a coffee shop. Plenty of off-street parking. Also nice appliances.
